Return to flowers introduction
Some people might recognise that many of my interests have a close link. Many of my favourite flowers are those of chalkland. We'll start with a chalkland flower, the scabious, growing here in my own very non-chalky garden.
This holyhock grew as a weed just outside my dining room window. Pretty good, don't you think?
