Updated March 18th 2000

Our school is led by Miss Jetson, our head teacher, along with all of the other staff.

St Thomas' is a one form entry Church of England controlled primary school in Wednesfield on the outskirts of Wolverhampton.

The school in its present form was opened in 1965.

St Thomas' is a Primary school, admitting children between the ages of 4 and 11. We do consequently have both Key Stage Two and Key Stage One children, but we do consider ourselves one school.

The school is organised on a class basis with children having one teacher for the majority of their work.

Aims of the School

It is our aim to realise the potential of each child by providing equality of opportunity throughout the curriculum. Each child is prepared for life in society where individuals are able to respect and understand the needs of others. Ours is a caring environment, consistently achieving high standards where children are firmly, but fairly, disciplined, hard working and part of a family where Christian values and standards are maintained.
